Logistics Coordinator

Rogall Co. is hiring a dependable, highly organized Logistics Coordinator to support our operations throughout San Luis Obispo County.
This hands-on role is responsible for coordinating materials, managing inventory, organizing the warehouse, tracking tools and equipment, and helping maintain our company fleet. You will play an important part in ensuring our field teams have the vehicles, materials, and equipment they need to complete projects safely and efficiently.
This position is ideal for someone who enjoys organization, problem-solving, inventory management, and improving systems behind the scenes.
Key Responsibilities
Materials & Inventory
• Coordinate material orders for active projects
• Track deliveries, supplier lead times, and order status
• Receive, verify, organize, and stage materials
• Support Project Managers and Field Leaders with material planning
• Monitor inventory levels and reorder stock as needed
• Maintain accurate inventory records and reduce material waste
Warehouse Operations
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized warehouse
• Organize tools, equipment, and materials for efficient deployment
• Assist with loading and unloading materials and equipment
• Conduct routine inventory counts and audits
• Develop and improve warehouse organization systems
Fleet Management
• Coordinate vehicle maintenance and service schedules
• Track registrations, insurance, inspections, and compliance
• Monitor vehicle conditions and coordinate repairs
• Maintain fleet records and documentation
• Support fleet safety and accountability initiatives
Equipment Management
• Track company tools and equipment
• Coordinate equipment maintenance and repairs
• Ensure crews have the tools and equipment needed before projects begin
• Maintain equipment inventory and replacement schedules
Operations Support
• Coordinate deliveries and pickups between vendors, the warehouse, and job sites
• Support Project Managers and Field Managers with logistical needs
• Help improve operational processes and efficiency
• Assist with additional operational responsibilities as assigned
Qualifications
Required
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Excellent communication and follow-through
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Basic computer proficiency, including Google Workspace and spreadsheets
• Valid California Driver's License
• Clean driving record
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Ability to lift and carry 50 pounds regularly
• Ability to work in a warehouse environment and outdoors as needed
Preferred
• Experience in warehouse operations
• Experience with inventory management
• Experience coordinating fleet maintenance
• Experience in construction, trades, or home services
• Experience with purchasing and materials coordination
