Rogall Co. is seeking a dependable, detail-oriented Exterior Cleaning Technician to support our mission of protecting and maintaining coastal homes. This role focuses on delivering high-quality exterior cleaning services including house washing, window cleaning, solar panel cleaning, and deck/patio maintenance.
This is a field-based role for someone who takes pride in their work, operates efficiently, and represents the company professionally on-site with customers.
Field Execution
- Perform house washing using soft wash and pressure washing methods
- Clean exterior and interior windows, including screens and tracks
- Clean solar panels to improve performance and longevity
- Clean decks, patios, railings, and other exterior surfaces
- Identify and report visible damage (dry rot, failing paint, etc.)
Quality & Craftsmanship
- Deliver consistent, high-quality results aligned with company standards
- Protect surrounding areas including landscaping, fixtures, and finishes
- Use proper cleaning techniques, tools, and solutions for each surface
Customer Interaction
- Communicate clearly and professionally with homeowners
- Walk clients through completed work when appropriate
- Represent Rogall Co. as a trusted advisor in home care
Safety & Equipment
- Follow all job site safety protocols
- Safely climb, set up, and work from ladders and roofs
- Maintain and care for tools, equipment, and company vehicles
Team Collaboration
- Work with crew leads, project managers, and office team
- Follow schedules and job sequencing
- Provide feedback to improve efficiency and service quality
- Experience in exterior cleaning, pressure washing, or related field preferred (not required)
- Ability to safely climb and work from ladders and elevated surfaces
- Comfortable working outdoors in various weather conditions
- Strong attention to detail and work ethic
- Ability to lift 50 lbs and perform physical labor
- Valid driver’s license preferred
- High-quality, consistent work across all service types
- Positive customer feedback and professionalism on-site
- Efficient job completion and strong team collaboration
- Identification of additional service opportunities for the company
- $20–$22/hour depending on experience
