Primary Responsibilities:
- Provides consultation, research, and investigation of medical records
- Provides medical record chronology, summary, and/or analysis
- Research medical literature for cases
- Analyzes pre-deposition and post-deposition transcript data on expert witnesses
- Provides pre-trial and trial support for attorneys
- Investigates potential medical billing irregularities
- Researches and recommends medical experts
- Provides data and assistance to medical experts
- Other duties as assigned
- B.S.N. with minimum of 5 years clinical experience with a valid state registered nursing license
- Obstetrics experience is a plus
- Legal Nurse Consultant Certificate (LNCC) preferred
- Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook and other office technology, including document management tools
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to perform billable work and record time in accordance with client/firm policy
- Ability to work well under deadlines in a changing environment and perform multiple tasks effectively and concurrently while using sound judgment in decision-making

Salary : $110,000 - $125,000
