- 3 years of experience in business litigation
- Ability to review and analyze a myriad of legal issues
- Exceptional research and writing skills
- Draft complaints, manage discovery and conduct depositions
- Experience in E-discovery software Relativity or RelativityOne is highly desirable
- Experience using AI legal tools Westlaw CoCounsel and CoPilot is a plus
- Strong work ethic and desire for professional development
- Ability to work well under deadlines in a changing environment and perform multiple tasks effectively and concurrently while using sound judgment in decision-making
- Ability to manage relationships with clients and colleagues
- Member of the Ohio Bar in good standing
