Responsibilities
• Connect with prospective clients who have requested information
• Conduct virtual consultations via phone or video conferencing
• Assess client needs and present appropriate insurance solutions
• Follow up professionally with prospective and existing clients
• Participate in virtual trainings and team meetings
• Maintain accurate records using provided systems and tools
Qualifications
• Self-motivated with strong communication skills
• Comfortable working independently in a remote environment
• Willingness to learn and follow a structured sales process
• Professional, reliable, and coachable
• Prior sales or insurance experience is helpful but not required
• Must be licensed or willing to obtain an insurance license (guidance provided)
