About The Role

As the Customer Service Representative you will be the first point of contact for customers, while supporting accounting operations, including purchasing, AR/AP, and special projects.

Responsibilities

What You Will Do: (Essential Functions)

• Resolve customer issues and complaints to full satisfaction, escalating complex matters as needed.
• Provide exceptional customer service by processing orders, tracking shipments, handling cancellations, and managing returns via phone, email, and in-person interactions.
• Identify opportunities to enhance the customer experience and communicate recommendations to management.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, transactions, and related documentation.
• Represent Method Flow Products professionally by upholding company values and maintaining a positive attitude.
• Perform administrative and clerical duties, including mail distribution, file management, correspondence preparation, report generation, copying, filing, and phone system database maintenance.
• Support company operations by coordinating events and catering, assisting Accounting with Purchasing, AR/AP activities and special projects, and performing other assigned duties.
• Demonstrate strong time management, professionalism, adaptability, and change management skills,
• Build and maintain positive working relationships with co-workers, clients, vendors, and business partners.
  
  

Qualifications

What You Bring (Skills, Abilities, Experience):

• High School Diploma or GED required. College degree preferred.
• Must have a valid driver's license.
• One (1) to Three (3) years of administrative experience is preferred.
• Experience with engineering, manufacturing, and/or oil and gas environments is strongly preferred.
• Strong computer skills and in-depth knowledge of Microsoft Windows-based programs are required.
• Ability to effectively learn and acquire new knowledge and skills.
• Excellent organization and planning skills.
• Must be responsible and reliable. Some activities will need to be performed outside of business working hours.
  
  

Work Environment

Work is performed in an uncontrolled atmosphere. Exposure to harsh conditions—such as dust, fumes, chemicals, hazardous materials, noise, and varying weather and temperatures—for short periods is possible. All employees are required to follow safety standards and wear all personal protective equipment in designated areas.

Physical Demands

The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job. While performing the duties of this position, the employee is regularly required to walk, stand, use hands and fingers, grip, handle or feel; reach with hands and arms; climb or balance; stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl; and talk and hear. The ability to lift and carry up to 75 lbs. regularly is required. Exposure to moving parts and electricity that require safety protocols.

Pay Range

Salary Range: USD $23.00/Hr. - USD $27.51/Yr.
