Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Box Truck Driver based in Baltimore, MD. The Box Truck Driver will be responsible for transporting goods safely and efficiently to various locations. Responsibilities include operating a box truck, loading and unloading cargo, adhering to pre-determined delivery schedules, and complying with all safety protocols and DOT regulations. The driver will also ensure the maintenance and cleanliness of the assigned vehicle and maintain accurate delivery logs.
Qualifications
- Possession of a valid CDL Class B license
- Proficient in truck driving and ability to operate commercial box trucks
- Experience with loading and unloading cargo safely
- Knowledge of DOT regulations and compliance standards
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to manage time efficiently and adhere to delivery schedules
- Able to lift and handle heavy cargo
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Prior professional driving experience is a bonus
