You will actively provide operational support by working directly with our drivers and the operations management team to find creative solutions, build strong relationships and develop our business to ultimately carry out our mission of “delivering confidence and satisfaction by providing exceptional transportation services.”

The Fit
- Communicate effectively with drivers via phone and other forms of communication
- Work collaboratively with Roehl teammates to identify and resolve driver and scheduling conflicts
- Monitor and maintain driver delivery appointments for freight, maintaining high level of accuracy of data entered into our system
- Maintain accurate notes regarding driver and load interactions and update information in our internal systems as needed
