Quality Intern
Where we need you
1st Shift 8am-5pm (Mon-Fri)
- Update, revise, and standardize digital work instructions for manufacturing equipment and processes.
- Create visual quality materials including: Defect catalogs, Quality alerts, GIFs and visual aids, Operator training content.
- Support the installation and implementation of digital display systems throughout the manufacturing floor.
- Assist with shop floor digitalization projects and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Train lead operators and supervisors on the use and sustainment of digital quality management tools.
- Collaborate with Quality Engineering and Operations teams to improve communication and process effectiveness.
- Currently pursuing a degree in: Quality Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Information Technology.
- Related engineering or technical field
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Effective verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and in a team-oriented manufacturing environment.
- Knowledge of Statistical Process Control (SPC).
- Experience with SharePoint.
- Interest in manufacturing quality systems, digitalization, and continuous improvement.
