We're looking for experienced CNC Machine Operators with 3–5 years of machining experience to join our team. Whether your background includes mills, lathes, routers, or other CNC equipment, we'd like to hear from you. Our experienced team will provide training on our CNC router equipment to help you succeed.

What You'll Do
- Set up and operate CNC router equipment
- Load materials and monitor machining operations
- Make basic program edits and machine adjustments
- Inspect finished parts using calipers, tape measures, and other measuring tools
- Deburr parts and perform quality inspections
- Maintain a safe, clean, and organized work area
What We're Looking For
- 3–5 years of CNC machining experience (routers, mills, lathes, or similar equipment)
- Ability to read blueprints and use precision measuring instruments
- Understanding of CNC setup, offsets, and basic program edits
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
