Job Summary
We are seeking a Key Operator Production to lead and manage a production unit within our plant. This role is responsible for overseeing daily operations, ensuring KPI achievement, driving continuous improvement, and maintaining safety and quality standards.
The ideal candidate will have strong leadership experience in manufacturing and a results-driven mindset to optimize production performance.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage daily operations of the production unit
- Ensure achievement of operational KPIs (quality, OEE, productivity, safety)
- Plan production capacity, staffing, and shift models in collaboration with HR
- Monitor and control production costs in alignment with the Production Manager
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company standards
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives (5S, TPM, efficiency measures)
- Support new product/process launches and ramp-up activities
- Act as the first level of escalation for production issues
- Train, coach, and evaluate production team members
- Promote a positive company culture and teamwork

Qualifications & Requirements
Education
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Industrial/Technical field preferred
Experience
- 3 years of leadership experience in manufacturing
- 2 years in a production leadership role
- Experience with budgeting and cost control
- Automotive industry experience preferred
- Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes and strategy
Technical Skills
- Strong understanding of production and operational processes
- Knowledge of plastic materials or similar industrial processes (preferred)
