General Description:
- Operate forklifts and material handling equipment safely and efficiently.
- Perform picking operations of products stored in the warehouse based on production and shipping requirements.
- Load and unload internal and external vehicles, ensuring materials are handled correctly and safely.
- Verify incoming and outgoing shipments against shipping documentation for quantity and quality accuracy.
- Store materials in designated warehouse locations and maintain proper inventory organization.
- Conduct physical inventory counts and cycle counts as required.
- Label, scan, and track materials using warehouse management systems.
- Report material discrepancies, damages, and safety concerns to supervisors.
- Support other warehouse and logistics activities as needed.
- Maintain housekeeping and workplace organization standards through 5S activities.
- Follow all company safety, environmental, and quality procedures.
- Perform other duties as assigned
Education
- High School Diploma or GED preferred.
Experience
- Previous warehouse, logistics, or forklift operation experience preferred.
- Experience working in a fast-paced manufacturing or distribution environment is a plus.
Certifications
- Valid Forklift Operator Certification required or ability to obtain certification.
