Pay: $15.00/hour base pay production incentives, with the opportunity to earn up to $25.00/hour
We are looking for an Upholstery Technician here in Greenville, NC! The ideal candidate is dependable and hardworking.
No upholstery or furniture manufacturing experience is required. The client is open to training.
Learn to upholster commercial furniture.
Position, stretch, and secure fabric to furniture frames.
Use hand tools, pneumatic staplers, and production equipment.
Follow instructions and meet quality standards.
Inspect finished work for accuracy and quality.
Maintain a clean and safe work area.
Meet daily production goals and work well with the team.
Reliable attendance and punctuality.
Strong work ethic and willingness to learn.
Ability to follow instructions and pay attention to detail.
Comfortable performing hands-on, repetitive work while standing for most of the shift.
Ability to bend, reach, pull, stretch, and lift as required.
Monday–Thursday: 7:00 AM–5:00 PM
Friday: 7:00 AM–4:00 PM
Saturday: 7:00 AM–12:00 PM during busy season
Breaks: 30-minute lunch and two 10-minute breaks
Occasional Saturday work may be required during busy production periods.
Start at $15.00/hour, with additional earnings available through a production incentive program. Employees who meet production requirements have the opportunity to earn up to $25.00/hour.

Education & Experience
High School Diploma or GED
Must be able to obtain Forklift Operator’s certification.
6 mths – 1 year experience in mechanical assembly preferred.
Farming Background preferred.
Required Qualifications
Ability to listen, understand and follow verbal instructions.
Ability to use all air and power tools (ex: drills, air ratchet, etc.)
Good Interpersonal and Communication skills are required in working with personnel at all levels
within the organization.
Must follow, practice, and adhere to all company procedures, polices, and safety measures.
