Roe on Main — coming fall of 2026. Located on Main Street in Falmouth, MA. We are committed to delivering an exceptional dining experience in a warm, welcoming environment. We are currently seeking passionate, hardworking individuals to join our kitchen team at all levels — from entry-level dishwashers to experienced line cooks.

Responsibilities
Depending on your experience level, responsibilities may include:
- Maintaining a clean, organized, and sanitary kitchen at all times
- Washing, sanitizing, and restocking dishes, glassware, and kitchen equipment throughout service
- Preparing ingredients by washing, chopping, portioning, and marinating according to recipe specifications
- Setting up, maintaining, and breaking down kitchen stations before, during, and after service
- Executing menu items consistently and with attention to quality and presentation
- Following all food safety and sanitation guidelines
- Supporting fellow team members throughout service
- Receiving and storing deliveries from our local vendors and purveyors
- Communicating clearly and professionally with kitchen leadership
