Role Description Our Litigation Paralegal will support attorneys in all phases of employment and business-related litigation. Day-to-day responsibilities include drafting and organizing legal documents, assisting with discovery, managing case files, and coordinating with clients, courts, and third parties. The role involves conducting legal research, preparing and filing pleadings and motions, and maintaining accurate timelines and case calendars. You will also help prepare attorneys for hearings, mediations, and trials, and contribute to the efficiency and responsiveness of the litigation team. This is a full-time hybrid role based in Minneapolis, MN, with a combination of in-office work and some work-from-home flexibility.
Qualifications
- Strong skills in legal document preparation or litigation matters.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with strong attention to detail and organization.
- Ability to manage multiple cases, deadlines, and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency with legal practice management software, e-filing systems, and standard office applications.
- Paralegal certificate or degree, or equivalent relevant experience in litigation support.
- Prior experience in employment law or business litigation is preferred but not required.
Salary : $70,000 - $95,000
