Position: CAD/CAM Technician
Location: Independence, OH (on-site)
Schedule: Monday-Friday 6AM-2PM

Position Overview
ROE Dental Laboratory is seeking a detail-oriented CAM Technician to join our growing team. This role is ideal for someone with strong computer skills, a solid understanding of file management, and excellent organizational abilities. You will play a key role in ensuring efficient production and high-quality output in our digital manufacturing environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Operate and maintain multiple milling machines
- Use CAD software to properly orient and support parts for printing and milling
- Optimize machine settings and workflows in collaboration with team members
- Manage production workflow to ensure timely delivery while maintaining quality and safety standards
- Monitor and maintain inventory of machine parts, supplies, and consumables
- Support CAM projects through milling execution and test program development
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required
- CAD/CAM experience preferred
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively
