Key Responsibilities
- Greet all customers entering the office in a friendly, professional, and helpful manner
- Deliver exceptional customer service to current clients and new prospects
- Answer incoming phone calls promptly and professionally
- Return client calls in a timely manner
- Assist clients with policy changes, billing questions, and general service needs
- Process client payments and submit them to insurance companies
- Verify and update customer contact information including phone numbers, addresses, and email addresses
- Identify opportunities for cross-selling and up-selling insurance and financial products
- Maintain knowledge of agency products and services
- Provide ongoing support to clients and help resolve concerns efficiently
- Support daily office operations and contribute to a positive team environment
