Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled CAD/CAM Dental Technician with at least 1 year of hands-on experience in digital dental workflows and surgical designing software. The ideal candidate should demonstrate a willingness to learn fast and work hard. If the candidate has a strong understanding of All-on-X cases and is proficient in using dental CAD software (Exocad/RealGuide/3Shape/Zirkon Zahn), that is a big plus. Most importantly, we are looking for computer savvy candidates who can be trained for the digital workflows in full arch treatment planning and long-term care for the patient while working closely with the company’s surgeons and prosthodontists, and engineers.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design or learn to design full-arch implant guide system using CAD software
• Execute digital workflows from patient record to final prosthesis
• Set up and operate milling machines and 3D printers
• Collaborate closely within the team of clinicians, technicians and engineers
• Follow strict quality and clinical requirements
• Maintain CAD/CAM systems and manage digital files efficiently

Qualifications:

• Minimum 1 year of experience in a CAD/CAM dental lab
• Proficiency in dental CAD software (Exocad/3Shape/RealGuide/Zirkon Zahn)
• Experience with full-arch implant cases highly preferred
• Knowledge of digital manufacturing tools and processes
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
