Rodman Ford Sales, Inc. is seeking a full-time Service Advisor for our Tire & Auto Center.
Duties Include:
- Greeting guests and obtaining customer and vehicle information
- Identify and understand customer’s service needs
- Create and maintain customer relationships
- Open Repair orders and document service needs and approvals
- Prepare repair estimates and communicate them effectively with customers
- Coordinate with technicians to determine when a job will be completed
- Ensure warranty repairs are covered and gain approval as needed by Ford
- Keep customers up to date on vehicle status
- Other various tasks assigned by the manager
Qualifications:
- Clean Driving Record
- Valid Driver's License
- Ability to follow directions
- Exceptional phone and customer service skills
- Reliable
- Positive attitude
