Job Description
We are seeking a Collision Advisor/Appraiser to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in both collision advising and appraising, with a strong attention to detail and excellent customer service skills.
Responsibilities
- Assess and document vehicle damage
- Provide accurate repair estimates
- Communicate with customers regarding repair process and timeline
- Coordinate with insurance companies for claim processing
- Ensure quality control of repairs
- Full Estimate and repair process (Must have MA State appraisal license)
- Answering phones, Keeping in contact with customers about repairs
- Source, order, and track parts
- Conduct quality checks
- Dispatching work
Skills
- Collision experience of at least 5 years
- Proficiency in appraising vehicle damage
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Attention to detail
- Valid drivers license
- Clean driving record
- MA State appraisers license (required)
- Experience with computers, estimating software and technologies preferred
