Responsibilities
- Greet guests promptly and provide them with menus.
- Take food and drink orders accurately and efficiently.
- Serve food and beverages to guests in a timely manner.
- Ensure that all tables are properly set and sanitized before and after use.
- Handle cash transactions using the cash register, ensuring accuracy in cash handling.
- Maintain cleanliness of the dining area, including sanitizing tables and service areas.
- Provide excellent guest relations by addressing any concerns or requests promptly.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of food orders.
- Manage time effectively to ensure all guests receive prompt service during busy periods.
Experience
- Previous experience in a restaurant or nightclub setting is preferred but not required.
- Basic math skills for handling cash transactions and processing payments.
- Strong guest service skills with an emphasis on hospitality.
- Ability to manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with cash registers and cash handling procedures is beneficial.
