Rodizio Grill Hamilton Place is hiring an outgoing, dependable full-time bilingual server who can communicate comfortably in both Spanish and English.

This position requires consistent open availability, including Fridays, Saturdays and Sundays. Please apply only if you can reliably meet these scheduling requirements.

Rodizio Grill is a fast-paced Brazilian steakhouse with a unique style of service. Our servers work closely with our gauchos, hosts, bartenders and management team to provide attentive, welcoming service to every guest.

Position Requirements

Applicants must:

• Communicate comfortably with guests and team members in both Spanish and English.
• Be consistently available on Friday evenings, Saturdays and Sundays.
• Be available to work select holidays and high-volume restaurant days.
• Have reliable transportation and dependable attendance.
• Be able to work until closing and complete all assigned side work.
• Remain professional and organized in a fast-paced environment.
• Be comfortable standing and walking throughout the shift.
• Work well as part of a team and assist outside of assigned tables when needed.
• Previous full-service restaurant experience is strongly preferred.
• Applicants without serving experience may be considered only if they have excellent availability, strong customer-service skills, and the ability to learn quickly.
  
  

Responsibilities

• Welcome guests and explain the Rodizio dining experience.
• Communicate clearly with both Spanish- and English-speaking guests.
• Accurately enter food and beverage orders.
• Monitor drinks, table maintenance and overall guest satisfaction.
• Process payments accurately.
• Coordinate with gauchos, hosts, bartenders and management.
• Complete opening, running and closing side work.
• Maintain clean and organized service areas.
• Follow all food safety, alcohol service and company procedures.
• Help teammates during busy periods rather than focusing only on assigned tables.

This opening is primarily intended to cover:
