Rodgers Insurance Group is growing, and we have an opening for a Commercial Lines Account Manager in our Selective / Small Business Department. Rodgers Insurance Group was established in 1957 and is one of the region's largest independent and locally owned insurance agencies in the Greater Pittsburgh area. Our office is located in Foster Plaza Greentree with free parking, within minutes of Parkways West and North and I79.
Responsibilities
- Managing and Servicing a Book of Clients
- Marketing for Renewals
- Reviewing Submissions and Analyzing Coverage
- Recommending Changes and Enhancements on Accounts
- Negotiating Pricing Needs and Securing Quotations
Requirements
- Property & Casualty License Required.
- 2 years Commercial Lines Insurance experience.
- Intermediate computer and technical proficiency and ability to quickly learn new software.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Detail oriented with ability to prioritize and multitask.
- A team player who is self motivated and driven to succeed.
