Job Overview:
We are seeking a Night Auditor to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for hospitality and providing exceptional customer service. As a Guest Service Agent, you will be the first point of contact for guests, ensuring their stay is comfortable and memorable.

Duties:
- 11pm-7am Sun, Mon, Tues and Wed every other weekend if needed
- Greet guests upon arrival and departure with a friendly and professional demeanor
- Assist guests with check-in and check-out procedures
- Handle guest inquiries and provide information about hotel services and facilities
- Take phone calls
- Address guest concerns and resolve issues promptly to ensure guest satisfaction
Requirements:
Choice Advantage Experience preferred, If not willing to train right candidate
Pay: From $10.00 per hour
Expected hours: 30.0 per week
