Job description
This leadership position is the cornerstone of delivering a great guest experience by managing how we provide clean, comfortable rooms for our guests. This person is responsible for maintaining high standards in the guest rooms and property cleanliness, conducting inspections, and overseeing the completion of our quality and productivity goals.

Responsibilities
What You Will Be Doing
- Supervises, upholds, and trains the housekeeping team to meet the company and brand standards while following operating procedures and timing guidelines.
- Develops action plans to address quality and productivity needs to meet cleanliness goals effectively.
- Ensure rooms are clean and adequately stocked with supplies for a positive guest experience – including maintaining appropriate supply inventory levels.
- Ongoing communication with the general manager, maintenance person, and welcome team is needed to maximize room readiness and availability.
- Reviews goals and instructions and relays any observations of risk or safety and security concerns to the General Manager
REQUIREMENTS
- 2 or more years of house keeping experience
- 1 or more years of supervising experience
Salary : $16 - $18
