We are looking for a motivated and reliable Motel Maintenance Technician to keep our facilities in top shape. Responsibilities
- Perform routine inspections and preventative maintenance on building
- Conduct maintenance repairs, including fixing leaks, unclogging drains, and replacing fixtures.
- Maintain building interiors through painting, carpentry, drywall repair, and general facilities upkeep.
- Operate hand tools and specialized equipment to complete repairs efficiently while adhering to safety standards.
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing guest maintenance requests promptly and professionally.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in facilities maintenance or related fields such as manufacturing or residential building upkeep.
- Experience with maintenance, repair including the use of hand tools and power tools.
