The Big Task

Key Sub Tasks
- Convert incoming client requests into booked service appointments
- Respond to client requests via phone, text and email, resolving issues and promoting the brand.
- Collaborate with field and office teams to create seamless service experiences
- Participate in training to boost booked calls
- Maintain and update client database with complete and accurate information
- Make outbound calls
- Be available for On-Call duties
- Highly motivated – friendly, composed, and confident on the phone
- Detail-oriented, organized, and able to handle multiple priorities
- A problem solver with analytical skills
- A great communicator with strong verbal and written communication skills
- IT competent: proficient with computer and phone systems
- High school education or equivalent
- Two years’ proven track record in customer service, preferred
