Manage fashion studio’s daily operations: detailed, organized, strong communication skills and results oriented.
- ? Plan and lead Operational Calendar for the office
- Open and close the studio daily (M-F)
- Manage and order supplies for studio
- Manage the maintenance of studio
- ? Shipping & fulfillment for webstore orders
- Manage daily shipping from office with Fedex, UPS, DHL and USPS
- ? Liaison with Public Relations to manage and monitor inventory and loaning of garments for PR as well as any gifting.
- - Manage shipping of collection and loans for stores and market
- - manage office social events, group outings, and activities
- - manage internal photoshoots and special projects and runway shows
- - Build style out packs for photoshoots
