The Opportunity
We’re looking for a talented eCommerce Web Producer to manage Rodan Fields global sku launches and drive digital marketing campaigns. This position will work closely with the global teams across Digital Marketing, Product Marketing and Tech to implement and drive effective Go-to-Market product and content launches across multiple websites.
The ideal candidate will have a combination of catalog operations and global eCommerce experience. The role will require the candidate to be agile and quick to adapt to evolving business needs and objectives while keeping in mind long-term eCommerce goals.
Responsibilities:
- Manage SKU Process for sitewide projects including brand campaigns and convention
- Build and drive SKU process improvements through automation and cross-functional alignment
- Create and manage project plans for all global site content requests including sitewide image updates, global conversion projects and PDP updates
- Work collaboratively with Product Marketing, Digital Marketing, Customer Care, SiteOps, Tech, Country Manager, Off-shore resource, Creative and other cross-functional team members to deliver a best-in-class website experience
- Manage Web Production QA standards and process improvements for SKU assets delivered to the team
- Organize and implement digital assets in preparation for scheduled marketing launches and updates
- Respond and correct site content issues according to priority and SLAs
- Work with Production Support and dev teams to communicate system bugs and issues
- Assist on company-wide initiatives including platform migration, bulk pricing and image updates
- Review and QA site content on a regular basis – resolve issue or report errors to cross-functional teams
- Support overall website maintenance and perform other related duties as assigned
- Streamline digital intake process and project reporting with our cross-functional partners
- Responsible for designated campaigns and sitewide initiatives
- Work with Cross-functional partners to ensure that products are set up correctly and reviewed with internal stakeholders
- Coordinate with Project Managers on project status and end-to-end testing
- Assist in closely monitoring results and identifying operational opportunities
- Develop and track key business KPIs, identifying growth opportunities and improve efficiency
- Attend key project status meetings
Requirements:
- Must have a minimum of 5-8 years of relevant experience in website operations and merchandising. Bachelor’s degree in a related field is required.
- Demonstrated skill and experience in eCommerce Web Production and SKU Management
- Excel skills (pivot tables, formulas, vlookup)
- Strong ability to think through, plan, innovate and execute multiple projects in a fast-paced, environment
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills and ability to create and maintain detailed documentation
- Ability to work well with global teams across multiple time zones and languages
- Constantly seeking ways to take ambiguity and create sustainable processes to reduce time/effort across multiple teams.
- Ability to offer flexibility in schedule, understanding that some projects may require additional work during late evenings
- Experience with HTML, Hybris and Smartsheets are a plus
