Rod's Tire & Automotive is looking for an experienced, high-level technician who wants strong earning potential, steady work, professional respect, and weekends off.

- $35–$55/hour flat rate based on experience and ability
- Monday–Friday — no weekends
- 300 vehicles per month with a loyal, established customer base
- No dealership-style reduced warranty labor rates
- Diagnostic time is sold and paid
- Legitimate additional labor for rust, broken bolts, extractions, modifications, etc. is sold
- Work is dispatched based on skill and availability
- Service advisors sell the work so technicians can focus on the vehicle
- Dedicated parts manager handles ordering and receiving
- We prefer OE-quality parts, and technicians have a voice in what goes on the vehicle
- Full-service repair with diagnostics, electrical, drivability, engine, suspension, A/C, brakes, maintenance, tires, and more
- Paid ASE testing and support for additional training
- Flexible time off and a shop that expects you to have a life outside work
What We're Looking For
We want an established technician who can work independently and contribute at a high level.
- 5 years of professional automotive repair experience
- Strong diagnostic, electrical, and mechanical ability
- Able to accurately inspect and identify needed repairs
- Productive without sacrificing quality
- Professional tools
- Dependable work history
- Pride in doing the job right
ASE certifications are a plus.
