PRIMARY DUTIES AND QUALIFICATIONS:
- Greets customers and clients in a friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable manner.
- Interact with and assist customers in person or over the phone.
- Answer the phone and take orders.
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment.
- Create Sales Tickets, Verify Tickets, Bill & Post, Receive Checks & Payments, Input Data, Create Purchase Orders
- Do some collections.
- Work with Customers, Vendors, and Tenants to address issues
- Create spreadsheets for quotation purposes, cost analysis, history reports, financial tracking etc.
QUALIFICATIONS :
- High School diploma, or GED equivalent, required
- At a minimum must be able to perform basic accounting functions and bookkeeping work.
- Must be proficient in Word & Excel
- Ability to type 40 WPM with a 98% accuracy.
- Ability to use 10 key @ 5,000 KPM with 95% accuracy.
- Must have excellent communication skills in person and by phone.
- Must display a pleasant and professional attitude.
- Ability to read, count and to write accurately.
- Ability to lift and move merchandise.
- Ability to comprehend learn & advance with training received
