What You'll Do
- Diagnose and repair residential plumbing systems — fixtures, water heaters (tank and tankless), piping, drains, and water lines
- Perform routine maintenance, inspections, and preventative service
- Communicate clearly with homeowners, explain options in plain language, and recommend long-term solutions
- Install water heaters, fixtures, valves, and related plumbing equipment
- Identify and recommend additional services or upgrades that genuinely help the customer
- Accurately document work performed, materials used, and time on each job
- Keep your truck clean, organized, and stocked for the day's calls
What We're Looking For
- Minimum 2 years of residential plumbing experience required, no exceptions
- Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills
- Excellent customer service and communication
- Valid California driver's license and clean driving record
- Ability to work independently and manage your own service route
- Comfortable lifting up to 75 lbs and working in crawlspaces, attics, and varying conditions
Bonus Points If You Have
- Experience with tankless and tank water heaters
- Drain cleaning, hydro-jetting, or sewer experience
- Knowledge of California plumbing codes
- Background in residential service sales
