Duties

• Perform thorough exterior washes, including hand washing, pressure washing, and drying to ensure vehicles are spotless and streak-free.
• Conduct detailed interior cleaning such as vacuuming carpets and seats, wiping down surfaces, cleaning windows and mirrors, and deodorizing vehicles.
• Apply polishing, buffing, and waxing techniques to enhance vehicle appearance and protect paintwork.
• Use specialized tools and products for detailing tasks like engine cleaning, tire shining, and paint correction.
• Assist with additional services such as window tinting when required or requested by customers.
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace by properly storing tools and supplies after each job.
• Interact professionally with customers to understand their needs, answer questions, and ensure satisfaction with the results.
• Follow safety procedures at all times during vehicle cleaning processes to prevent accidents or damage.
• Support janitorial or custodial duties around the facility as needed to uphold cleanliness standards in the work environment.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in car washing, detailing, or custodial work is preferred but not required; training will be provided for motivated candidates.
• Strong customer service skills with a friendly attitude and clear communication abilities.
• Ability to perform physical tasks including standing for extended periods, bending, lifting heavy objects (up to 50 lbs), and working in various weather conditions.
• Knowledge of car wash techniques, detailing procedures, buffing equipment, and cleaning products is a plus.
• Experience with janitorial or custodial duties demonstrates attention to cleanliness and organization.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record is desirable for assisting with vehicle movement or related tasks.
