We are seeking a skilled and motivated Land Development Civil Engineer to join our team in Phoenix, AZ. This hybrid role offers a unique opportunity to work with one of the largest homebuilders in the U.S., contributing to the planning and execution of exciting residential and mixed-use development projects.
As a key member of the land development team, you will play a vital role in transforming concepts into reality, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and meet quality standards.
Key Responsibilities :
- Prepare, review, and modify civil engineering plans and specifications for residential and mixed-use developments.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including architects, surveyors, contractors, and municipal authorities.
- Conduct site analysis, grading, drainage, and utility design to ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations.
- Manage project timelines and budgets, ensuring deliverables align with established schedules.
- Assist in permitting processes and coordinate with regulatory agencies for approvals.
- Provide technical support during construction phases, including site inspections and issue resolution.
- Use engineering software (AutoCAD, Civil 3D) to develop and review detailed designs.
