This role plays a key operational and administrative function across grant programs, reporting, financial coordination, and event support.The ideal candidate is highly organized, comfortable managing multiple deadlines, and enjoys supporting research and professional development initiatives behind the scenes.Key ResponsibilitiesGrant Administration & Program SupportConduct compliance checks on grant applications prior to reviewMaintain submission trackers and reporting databasesAssist with grant review preparation, including reviewer materialsUpdate application statuses within online grant management systemsSupport grant processing, monitoring, and closeout activitiesReporting & Program EvaluationTrack awardee reports and deliverablesGenerate and organize reporting data for internal stakeholdersFollow up with award recipients regarding outstanding reportsAssist with grant outcomes analysis and summary reportingFinancial & Administrative SupportPrepare payment and travel reimbursement requests, including documentation collectionSubmit approved requests for processingMaintain funded award tracking tools and checklistsSupport financial stewardship across research-related programsMeetings, Events & PublicationsAssist with planning and preparation for professional meetings and educational eventsProvide logistical and material support for conferences and workshopsDraft outlines and assist with content preparation for research-related communicationsSupport internal publication and article development as neededOperations & Clerical SupportMaintain shared workspaces and inventory related to program operationsPrepare printed materials, binders, signage, and shipping materials for eventsSupport general office organization and administrative tasksQualificationsBachelor’s degree preferred (health science, research, or related field a plus)Experience in research, grants, or program administration strongly preferredWillingness to attend evening calls (approximately 3–6 per month)Availability for limited weekend work (3–5 times per year) Fulltime, Hybrid $55,500-$62,000
