About The Role We are looking for a detail oriented and proactive Data Entry Clerk to support our procurement and customer service operations. This role is responsible for entering purchase orders, submitting orders to vendors, tracking order status, and providing timely updates to the team.
You will work closely with our Customer Service Supervisor and play an important role in keeping orders accurate, organized, and moving forward. The ideal candidate is someone who enjoys solving problems, taking initiative, and providing helpful support without always needing to be asked.
What You'll Do • Enter customer purchase orders into QuickBooks and ensure all order details are accurate and complete
• Coordinate with internal teams to align on timelines, requirements, and order details
• Monitor order schedules and provide proactive updates regarding shipping status, delays, trends, and potential issues
• Troubleshoot order discrepancies and help coordinate quick resolutions with internal teams
• Track and maintain accurate order information throughout the procurement process
• Provide responsive and professional communication with vendors and internal stakeholders
• Support the team with accurate and timely data entry and administrative tasks
