Entry Level Sales Representative

This position is an inside sales and outbound telemarketing sales position. The individual will solicit new business from both existing customers and qualified leads by telephone, internet and mail.

Responsibilities:

• Support sales growth.
• Introduce products to new and existing customer base.
• Determine and offer specific products to meet the customer needs.
• Maintain and expand existing customer base and identify new potential prospects.
• Build loyal customer relationships with the business maintenance and purchasing departments to promote repeat business.
• Promote and sell products through suggestive sales techniques.
• Develop a customer follow-up process and direct customers to our website.
• Manage the sales database to track new leads and build on existing leads
• Respond in a timely and effective manner to commercial and internet sales inquiries
