Responsibilities
- Build relationships with new and existing clients while providing exceptional customer service
- Manage multiple client requests, policy updates, and follow-up activities throughout the day
- Learn insurance products and become a trusted advisor to clients
- Obtain your insurance license through company-sponsored training
- Work with qualified leads generated through established realtor and referral partnerships
- Assist clients with policy recommendations, renewals, and coverage questions
- Maintain accurate client records and documentation
- Collaborate with team members to ensure a seamless client experience
- Identify opportunities to grow client relationships and generate new business
- Transition into a commissioned Risk Advisor role after becoming licensed
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree preferred
- 0-3 years of professional experience in customer service, sales, account management, banking, hospitality, or another client-facing role
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail
- Able to manage numerous small tasks and priorities simultaneously
- Strong problem-solving skills and willingness to learn
- Positive attitude with a desire to build a long-term career
- Comfortable working in an office environment four days per week
- Must be able to commute to the Washington, DC office
Salary : $60,000 - $65,000
