Responsibilities
- Source qualified candidates through Indeed, social media, referrals, and other recruiting platforms
- Review resumes and identify top talent
- Manage candidates throughout the hiring process
- Maintain consistent communication with applicants
- Track recruiting metrics and hiring activity
- Help improve recruiting strategies and employer branding
- Meet weekly hiring goals and recruiting KPIs
Qualifications
- Previous recruiting, staffing, HR, sales, or customer service experience preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational and time management abilities
- Comfortable speaking with candidates throughout the day
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently
- Detail-oriented and able to multitask
- Experience using ATS or recruiting software is a plus
