Store Supervisor

We are looking for a motivated and dependable Store Supervisor to join our team in Kingsport, TN.

The ideal candidate is a strong communicator and natural leader who enjoys working with customers, developing a team, and driving sales. We're looking for someone who can create a positive store environment while holding themselves and their team accountable for providing excellent customer service and achieving sales goals.

Responsibilities

• Lead, motivate, and support store team members
• Provide excellent customer service and build positive relationships with customers
• Help drive store sales and meet performance goals
• Coach employees on customer service, product knowledge, and sales techniques
• Assist with daily store operations, inventory, and store organization
• Maintain a clean, professional, and welcoming store environment
• Communicate expectations clearly and help resolve customer or employee concerns
• Help ensure company policies and procedures are followed
• Set a positive example for the team through professionalism, dependability, and attitude

Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of team management or supervisory experience
• Open availability, including evenings and weekends
• Basic knowledge of vaping/electronic cigarette products
• Previous sales experience or strong understanding of sales techniques
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop a team
• Positive, customer-focused personality
• Dependable, organized, and able to take initiative
• Comfortable working toward individual and store sales goals
