Shipping/Packaging Specialist & Customer Service Representative
Location: Rocky Point
Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly organized and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Shipping/Packaging Specialist and Customer Service Representative. The successful candidate will be responsible for preparing shipments, packaging items, providing exceptional customer service, operating a cash register, and performing end-of-day cleanup tasks. Additionally, the role will involve selling signs, banners, and printing services and answering phone calls.
Responsibilities:
- Create shipments and package items for delivery
- Provide top-notch customer service and respond to customer inquiries
- Operate a cash register and process transactions accurately
- Maintain a clean and organized store environment
- Sell signs, banners, and printing services to customers
- Answer phone calls and respond to customer inquiries
- Perform end-of-day cleanup tasks
Requirements:
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with shipping software
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- High school diploma or equivalent required
