About the Role
We're looking for a motivated and professional Site Manager. This is a great opportunity to join a growing, multi-location car care business where you'll be hands-on in operations, team development, and customer service.
As Site Manager, you'll oversee a team of Customer Service Attendants and ensure every guest enjoys a fast, friendly, and high-quality experience. You'll also manage site maintenance, sales performance, and day-to-day operations in a positive, energetic environment.

What You'll Do
- Lead, train, and motivate your team to deliver exceptional customer service.
- Oversee daily operations, ensuring the site is clean, safe, and efficient.
- Monitor and maintain chemical levels and equipment performance.
- Perform or coordinate preventative maintenance and repairs.
- Manage cash handling and daily reports accurately.
- Drive sales for unlimited monthly memberships and other services.
- Respond to customer inquiries and concerns with professionalism.
- Ensure company policies and procedures are followed at all times.
What We're Looking For
- At least 3 years of customer service experience.
- At least 3 years of leadership or supervisory experience.
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
- Mechanical aptitude (preferred but not required).
- High physical energy and ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions.
- Reliable, professional, and team-oriented attitude.
