Role Description
We are seeking a PRN Pediatric Speech-Language Pathologist for a full-time, on-site position located in Orem, UT. In this role, you will assess, diagnose, and treat children with speech, language, and communication disorders. Daily tasks include developing tailored therapy plans, implementing evidence-based strategies to address various disorders, and collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to ensure the best outcomes for patients. Participation in family education sessions and adherence to professional standards of care are integral parts of this role.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Speech Therapy techniques and knowledge of Speech development.
- Ability to assess and manage Communication Disorders effectively.
- Experience working with Language Disorders in pediatric populations.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills for working with families and teams.
- Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology.
- ASHA certification (CCC-SLP) and a valid state SLP license.
- Experience in pediatric settings is highly preferred.
