As a result of heightened production demand, RMT is excited to announce an immediate opening for our Manufacturing Machine Operator position. The Manufacturing Machine Operator position represents a full- time, benefit-eligible opportunity. RMT has a dedicated training staff for this position. During the training phase, guaranteed pay increases will be provided based on your progress. This role also offers ongoing training possibilities and the potential for career advancement. The shift for this position is Monday - Friday 11 pm to 7:30 am.

**MANUFACTURING MACHINE OPERATOR SUMMARY**

Manufacturing Machine Operators are responsible for reading job orders and setting up machine parameters, inspecting products to ensure quality assurance, basic machine maintenance, weighing and measuring of parts, loading stock, cleaning shop and work areas, and assisting as needed in the department.

**MANUFACTURING MACHINE OPERATOR QUALIFICATIONS**

• A high school diploma or equivalent (HiSet)
• Ability to lift up to 35 pounds routinely and the ability to perform repetitive work while sitting and standing.
