• Key Responsibilities:** Analyze and monitor product costs within the manufacturing process. Build and maintain cost models and dashboards to track material, labor, and overhead trends. Prepare and analyze cost reports to support management decision-making. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure accurate cost data. Identify opportunities for cost optimization and process improvements.
• Essential Skills:** Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. Excellent attention to detail and data accuracy. Effective communication skills with cross-functional teams. Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
• Qualifications:** Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or related field preferred. 1-3 years of experience in cost accounting or financial analysis. Experience in a manufacturing or production environment is a plus. Proficiency with ERP systems and advanced Excel skills required.
