Available Shifts:

• Thursday :12am-7am, Friday-Sunday: 6pm-6am
• Monday-Wednesday 6pm-6am & Thursday 6pm-12am
• Thursday: 12pm-6pm, Friday-Sunday: 6am-6pm

Key Responsibilities:

As an Operations Coordinator, you will be responsible for:

• Real-Time Dispatch Management: Coordinate technician dispatch to ensure timely responses to service calls.
• Billing Accuracy: Ensure invoices match the work performed, preventing billing variances.
• Documentation Review: Analyze technician documentation, including photos, job notes, and timeclock alignment.
• Quality Control: Maintain 100% financial integrity while closing events and ensuring service accuracy.
• Communication: Collaborate effectively with technicians, advisors, and breakdown agents to maintain operational flow.

Working Conditions:

This role requires working in a fast-paced digital command center, handling multiple events simultaneously while maintaining strict adherence to structured SOPs.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $18.00 - $22.00 per hour
