What You'll Do
- Greet and assist customers in finding the RV or boat that fits their lifestyle
- Build rapport and guide customers through the buying process from start to finish
- Follow up with leads and maintain relationships with past customers
- Stay informed on current inventory and product knowledge
- Work closely with the finance and service departments to ensure a smooth handoff
- Outgoing and customer-focused personality
- Excellent communication and listening skills
- Ability to work weekends and be flexible with scheduling
- Sales experience preferred but not required—we provide training
- Must be reliable, self-motivated, and goal-oriented
