As a Service Writer, You’ll Be The Friendly Face Customers Meet When They Bring In Their RV Or Boat For Service. Your Day Will Include
- Greeting customers and making them feel welcome
- Listening carefully to their concerns and recording service needs
- Coordinating with technicians to ensure accurate and timely repairs
- Keeping customers updated throughout the process
- Celebrating with them when their RV or boat is ready for the next adventure!
What We’re Looking For
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Organized and able to handle a fast-paced environment
- Basic computer/data entry skills
- Service writer, automotive, RV, or marine experience a plus (not required)
Salary : $80,000 - $90,000
