To build our team, we are in search of experienced and motivated team members to add to our growing company We are currently looking for an experienced server for our Johnstown location. Must have weekend availability.

A Server is the main point of contact with our guests. Servers interact with guests to ensure they have a great experience when dining at an Urban Egg restaurant. Servers make sure dishes are served properly and with a consistent presentation. Servers maintain positive guest interactions while serving them in a friendly and efficient manner. At all times, Servers are expected to be attentive to our guests' needs while making them feel welcome, comfortable, important and relaxed.

Responsibilities

· Staying updated on current menus and specials.

· Inquire about any specific food sensitivities at every table greeting.

· Ensure specific customer requests have been completed, including any gluten and allergy instructions.

· Identifies when guests may have had too much to drink and notify supervisor.

· Taking customer orders, delivering items, fulfilling customer needs, offering desserts and drinks, removing courses, replenishing utensils, refilling glasses.

· Obtaining payments.

· Performing basic cleaning tasks as directed by supervisor.

· Assisting with special events as needed.

· Adhere to RMRG grooming and appearance standards consistently.

· Understands and can communicate products and services available at the restaurant and develops some familiarity with basic cooking skills.

Qualifications

· Prior serving experience in a full-service restaurant.

· Must be able to communicate well with customers and other staff.

· Able to memorize the menu and recommend appetizers, meals and drinks.

· Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment.

· Have positive interpersonal skills and understand the culture of RMRG.

· Work effectively as a team, helping anywhere needed.

· Have the ability to resolve problems/conflicts in a diplomatic and tactful manner.

Paid Sick Leave-Colorado

Per the Colorado Healthy Families and Workplaces Act ("HFWA"), RMRG provides the following paid leave to all employees working in a Colorado-based location:

Accrued Paid Sick Leave

Up to 48 hours of paid leave per year, for the use of a variety of health and safety needs. Employees earn 1 hour of leave for every 30 hours worked. Leave is paid at the same pay rate as time worked.
