Position: Lead Driver & Crew Leader – Event Rentals
We are seeking a reliable and experienced Lead Driver & Crew Leader to join our team in facilitating small to large-scale events. This hands-on role involves the delivery, setup, and breakdown of rental equipment, including tents, tables, chairs, and other event essentials.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and coordinate a crew in the setup and teardown of event rentals for a variety of events, from intimate gatherings to large-scale functions.
- Safely operate and drive large vans and trucks to transport equipment to and from event sites.
- Set up and dismantle event equipment, including erecting tents and handling heavy items.
- Ensure timely and accurate delivery of rental orders while maintaining excellent customer service.
- Perform daily physical labor, including lifting 50 lbs repeatedly.
Requirements:
- Proven experience driving large vans or trucks.
- Clean driving record (preferred within the last 3 years).
- Ability to perform physically demanding work in various weather conditions.
- Leadership skills and the ability to manage a crew effectively.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to safety and efficiency.
